Testimonial from a planning junkie

The Poz Journal is my new favourite daily ritual. I have always been a bit of a planning junkie, constantly looking for better ways to stay organized, productive, focused on my goals, and grounded. The Poz journal is a simple way for me to accomplish all of this in about 10-minutes per day. 

I love that the first prompt every day is a gratitude practice. No matter what mood I’m in, this shifts my perspective early in my day to scan for the positive, even if it’s something simple like taking a moment to notice how good my morning cup of coffee is! 

The journals that I’ve used in the past have been overwhelming and discouraging. I found many were prompting me to set up lofty quarterly or weekly goals without any real direction or guideposts along the way to get me there.  Poz guides me to focus on a small number of daily, achievable goals and regularly prompts me to reflect on my progress and ways of working. I appreciate how the Poz journal prompts me to prioritize a small number of goals each day and separates work priorities from personal priorities. This helps me to stay balanced, especially in the busiest of times.

And finally, the daily reflections have really helped me to notice any recurring themes and areas of opportunity. I hone in on what is working well for me and toss out or adjust practices that are setting me back.

Overall, I’d highly recommend the Poz journal for someone who wants to introduce a quick daily gratitude, prioritization, and reflection into their life!
